*I try to make my rate as transparent as possible. The rate is a nightly rate. I add in my cleaning costs of 150 per rental. This means longer stays will have a lower per noctem rate, and my guests who stay longer are fairly rewarded. Total tax (state and county) is 11%. The “Service Fee” you see is added by vrbo, not I. Please compare my rate total with the total rate of other condos. I think you will find that even though others may post lower nightly rates, by the time they add junk fees like resort fee, transportation fee, booking fee, linen fee, golf cart fee, etc., my condo shakes out at a better rate than the others.

We are the Kimbles, a family with seven children, and we would love for you to stay at our condo. We rely on rental income from you to afford this unit, and we know how competitive rentals are right now. What we have to offer you, besides reasonable rates, is a condo that we love to come to when we can, and that we have stuffed full of everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. You also get personal touches that are unique to renting from an owner directly, such as being able to use our bikes. You have come to VRBO. If you are truly ready for the BY OWNER experience, and if you trust that I will do everything under my control to provide you and your family with the absolute best beach vacation experience possible, then this is the place for you.

I want your vacation to be stress free, and most important, as much a vacation for mom as for the kids. In pursuit of this goal, I stock this unit with basic kitchen sundries, such as salt and spices, sugar, tea and coffee, condiments and more. I also keep paper plates and plastic cups, foil, wraps, and ziplock bags in the cabinets for you. Under the sink I have soap, dishwasher pods, wipes and garbage bags. The laundry room has detergent and dryer sheets. I have basic bathroom items under the sink, and the beach closet has a ton of beach stuff in it. I have new, large, smart TVs in each room, and they are pre-set to a dedicated Netflix account, giving you access to thousands of movies, tv shows and documentaries. The new cable boxes now allow you to get the SEC Network football games, a must in the fall. Our Westwinds building has provided free wifi for years, which is great, but hubby needs a private, secure connection for his work, and we thought our guests might, too. So we purchased a separate internet account just for you. Your devices will find our “kimble4725” network, and you can connect with our private password. Besides giving you a reliable high speed internet connection for streaming movies, you also have a secure connection, perfect for work or confidential data.

I provide the towels and linens, not a service. This means that you have the highest quality sheets and towels I could find, Comphy. I also provide you with the highest quality bathroom amenities I could find, Poggesi, imported from Italy and used in the most exclusive hotels. I really hope all of your needs are covered, and if you can think of anything else that I can supply for you, just let me know.

Moreover, this unit has a private balcony with a lovely view of the setting sun. It is just high enough to give you a view of the beach and ocean over the tree tops, but not so high as to scare you. The pool and beach are literally a minute or two away. The flowers and palm trees just below make you feel like you are in a tropical garden, and the privacy of this side unit means you can throw the curtains open.

There is nothing more important to us than your family and the precious time you have for your vacation. The decor is kid friendly, with happy art work and soft colors. We were lucky enough to recently acquire this unit from a family from Tennessee who were the original owners, who have enjoyed it as their family beach house for twenty years, and who took wonderful care of it. It is not renovated, but it is in wonderful, like new, condition, with new appliances, furniture, and TVs. It has always been filled with love and good energy, and we are so happy to be able to offer it to you as a vacation rental. We know you will love this unit, and we hope that you will feel it love you right back.

Oh, I almost forgot — Here is the boring information. This is a two bedroom unit. The master has a king bed and its own bath. The guest has a queen bed and twin bed. The living room has two queen sofa beds, and because the second bathroom has hall access, the folks in the living room can access it easily. This unit sleeps 5 in comfy beds, and four more on the pullout sofas. I also provide two port-a-cribs because I remember when I needed two. (fun days, good memories, tired me) I also have baby equipment like high chairs, pumpkin seat slings, and strollers, and toddler equipment like bed bumpers, sleeping cot, floaties and motion sensors (to make sure you know the kids are up) that you are welcome to use. There is a separate laundry room, with a new full-size stacked unit, which also doubles as a beach closet. This floor plan has a large “sand room” area right in the entryway so that you can kick off your flip-flops and drop your noodle and your pail as you come in from the beach.

We have the most wonderful housekeepers, Sue and Susie, who do the cleaning and who help me keep the unit spic and span. They pleasantly tolerate the closets and cabinets I have stuffed full of vacation extras for you guys, and are on site if you need anything. And I have a small army of folks on site who can help with anything you need. I am the owner and not a management company, and I want to give you personal service and make your vacation very special. I absolutely love all of my guests, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to share these beach condos with kindred spirits. If you feel an energy within the walls, I would venture to say that it is the love that has gathered there for many years. The energy outside is the infinite windsong that is God, and it is palpable.

This condo DOES NOT have the use of our six seater golf cart. The ones that do are vrbo436647 and 429145. We have three, two-bedroom condos at Westwinds, two with golf carts, and this one without. If this unit is already booked, or if there is something about it that you do not like, you can always take a look at the other units. They are completely different, in building location and in feel. We also have a one bedroom unit at Westwinds, vrbo 1102715. If you are just a couple or a small family, the one-bedroom condo may work for you, and it would be more affordable than the two-bedroom condos.
