Welcome to PASCAL HARBOR! This unit is ON THE BEACH. It is literally a two minute stroll to the beach, one minute to the pool.

*I try to make my rate as transparent as possible. The rate is a nightly rate. I add in my cleaning costs of 150 per rental. This means longer stays will have a lower per noctem rate, and my guests who stay longer are fairly rewarded. Total tax (state and county) is 11%. The “Service Fee” you see is added by vrbo, not I. Please compare my rate total with the total rates of other condos. I think you will find that even though others may post lower nightly rates, by the time they add junk fees like resort fee, transportation fee, booking fee, linen fee, golf cart fee, etc., my condo shakes out at a better rate than the others.

We are the Kimbles, a family with seven children and we would love for you to stay at our condo. We rely on rental income from you to afford this unit, and we know how competitive rentals are right now. What we have to offer you, besides reasonable rates, is a condo that we love to come to when we can, and that we have stuffed full of everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. You also get personal touches that are unique to renting from an owner directly, such as being able to use our golf cart and bikes. You have come to VRBO. If you are truly ready for the BY OWNER experience, and if you trust that I will do everything under my control to provide you and your family with the absolute best beach vacation experience possible, then this is the place for you.

I want your vacation to be stress free, and most important, as much a vacation for mom as for the kids. In pursuit of this goal, I stock this unit with basic kitchen sundries, such as salt and spices, sugar, tea and coffee, condiments and more. I also keep paper plates and plastic cups, foil, wraps, and ziplock bags in the cabinets for you. Under the sink I have soap, dishwasher pods, wipes and garbage bags. The laundry room has detergent and dryer sheets, and I keep office supplies and first aid items there, also. I have basic bathroom items under the sink, and the beach closet has a ton of beach stuff in it. I have a free Netflix account just for you, giving you access to thousands of movies, tv shows and documentaries. The second bedroom has a dvd player for the kids, even though my daughter tells me no one watches dvds anymore. The cable mini box gets the SEC channel, which allows you to get the SEC Network football games, plus many more channels. Our Westwinds building has provided free wifi for years, which is great, but my hubby needs a secure connection to check his work emails. We have remedied this by purchasing a separate internet account just for this condo. Your devices will find our ‘kimble4701’ network, and you can connect with our private password. Besides giving you a reliable high speed internet connection, perfect for work or confidential data, you can also watch movies and other media.

I provide the towels and linens, not a service. This means that you have the highest quality sheets and towels I could find, Comphy brand. I also provide you with the highest quality bathroom amenities I could find, an Italian bath line called Poggesi. I really hope all of your needs are covered, and if you can think of anything else that I can supply for you, just let me know.

Moreover, this unit is the most private and beautiful true lobby level unit in the building. If your toddler pitches over the balcony rail, he will get grass stains on his face, and not much more. The pool and beach are literally seconds away, and no elevator waiting. The flowers and palm trees right outside make you feel like you are in the Garden of Eden, and this end of the property is quite private.

There is nothing more important to us than your family and the precious time you have for your vacation. The decor is kid friendly, with happy art work and soft colors. I love to go antiquing, especially at the beach, and the condo is full of my finds; so, whether really cool or just junk, they seem to fit happily. We know you will love this unit, and we hope that you will feel it love you right back.

Oh, I almost forgot — Here is the boring information. This is a two bedroom unit. The master has a king bed and its own bath. The guest has a queen bed and twin bed, and has a bath that the living room, with its queen sofa bed, can also access. This unit sleeps 5 in comfy beds and 2 on the pullout sofa. I also provide two port-a-cribs because I remember when I needed two. (fun days, good memories, tired me) I also have baby equipment like high chairs, pumpkin seat slings, and strollers, and toddler equipment like bed bumpers, sleeping cot, floaties and motion sensors (to make sure you know the kids are up) that you are welcome to use. There is a separate laundry room, with a new full-size stacked unit. There is also an enormous beach closet stuffed full of beach stuff right in the entryway so that you can kick off your flip-flops and drop your noodle and your pail as you come in from the beach.

This unit is the largest square foot two bedroom unit in Westwinds, and you can really feel that extra breathing room. Also, this unit has no next-wall neighbors; it is the end unit and has three outside walls, and the fourth wall is the stairwell wall. Another unusual feature is that it has four sliding glass doors and two balconies that are on opposing walls, which give you a heavenly breeze throughout the unit when the weather is perfectly cool in the off season.

We also have the most wonderful housekeepers, Sue and Susie, who do the cleaning and who help me keep the unit spic and span. They pleasantly tolerate the closets and cabinets I have stuffed full of vacation extras for you guys, and are on site if you need anything. We have four Westwinds units, total. I want to remain small and give you personal service and make your vacation very special.

The first fourteen minutes are in the unit, and the rest is on the grounds and beach. In the spirit of full disclosure, it is just me and hubby’s camera, and it is not quite Oscar-worthy. I know that a ground floor unit can be scary, and I am often asked, ‘Can you see the beach?’ and ‘How close are you to the beach?’ The video and FB photos can answer many of your questions.

I have three other units, also at Westwinds. They are vrbo436647 (2/2)(also with a golf cart), vrbo1023833 (2/2), and vrbo1102715 (1/1). If this unit is already booked, or if there is something about it that you do not like, you can always take a look at the other units. They are completely different, in building location and in feel.

This condo has the use of our red six seater golf cart at all times. You can use the golf cart to troll over to the bay side and visit Baytowne Wharf or The Boulevard, where the Publix and the Carmike Cinema is located.
